**How fast do you reply?**

Usually within a few hours, every day of the week. In the evening we may be out at camp with guests, so a request sent at night is answered the next morning.

**Do I pay anything when I send the form?**

No. The form is only a request. We reply with availability and a price, and your booking is confirmed only when we both agree in writing.

**I didn't get an answer. What should I do?**

Check your spam folder first, then send us a WhatsApp message: sometimes an email address has a typo and our answer can't reach you.

**Can you plan a trip that isn't on the website?**

Yes. Tell us where you start, how many days you have and what you'd like to see. We'll suggest a route with honest driving times.
